I’m Nigel Holder

Software Developer & Technical Leader

I’ve spent over a decade building software across varied industries, from regulated enterprise systems to consumer-facing products. I care about shipping quality work, reducing friction for teams, and creating systems that stay understandable as they grow.

Outside of work, I’m deeply invested in psychology, personal development, and parenting — applying frameworks from Adlerian psychology and stoicism to how I grow as a person, a father, and a collaborator. The years of training it took to earn a Black Belt in Taekwondo built the discipline and consistency that underpins everything, but it’s the study of the mind and the work of raising people well that drives me most.
